Clinic Information:

Sessions on Saturdays and Sundays from December 20-January 4

Can sign up for 1, 2, or 3 sessions. 1 each weekend.

Each Session is capped at 18 players to maximize instruction quality

There is a Middle School session and an Advanced/High School Session each day

High Level 8th Graders are welcome to choose the "Advanced/High School" session

Players are not welcome to participate in back to back days. Their arms will need to recover.

Players should play catch a minimum of 4x a week for 2 weeks to ensure their arm is prepared for a high volume of throws

Key Changes from 2023 clinic:

  1. There is a group maximum of 18 instead of no maximum.

  2. There are 3 coaches instead of 2 (most days)

  3. More informative+intensive mechanical focus.

  4. More complete workout including mobility, running, and full strength workout

  5. Removing most of the focus on breaking balls for the younger group, adding more focus on breaking balls for the older group
